Join our friendly & supportive exercise community and work towards your fitness goals in a motivating environment. No matter your current level of fitness, we can help you get started! This is a special class designed to accommodate people dealing with injuries, pain or health conditions. Boost your mobility & maintain your independence with Rejuv Medical Fitness! 

Classes can be attended in-person, online, or on your own time via recordings.
Each session is 40 minutes to maximize efficiency and you are encouraged to attend 
2 to 3 classes weekly. Each class is unique from the last and includes:
Class sizes will be kept small (no more than 12 people) to increase direct attention from Taylor the Kinesiologist. As well, classes are offered at beginner and intermediate difficulties to ensure that you are working out with people of a similar fitness level.
