I started with the Rejuv Medical Fitness program when the very first class got underway. The COVID Pandemic hit hard and cancelled all classes, which left me following along with you virtually. It was good as a stop-gap, but I’m definitely happy to be back in your studio enjoying in-person classes.
Historically, I fell awkwardly while rollerblading, falling backwards and fracturing my lumbar vertebrae L1 and L4.
I successfully tried Trigger Point Acupuncture with Dr. Naran, and had great relief, but needed to go further and with Dr. Naran suggestion Rejuv was and is definitely the answer.
With Rejuv I’ve had vast improvements with my range of motion and the way you vary your strength training technique and exercising different groups of muscles with every class has been personally extremely helpful. 
As a very active and healthy 73 year old, I’m slowly getting back to my former fitness level and feel without your careful strengthening program my return to my former level of fitness would have been somewhat problematic. 
My sincere thanks for your guidance, understanding and patience, you’re offering and are providing a terrific fitness improvement program.

Over the past few years, I have had severe pain in my neck and shoulder and have experienced lots of spasms. I wanted to learn how to train myself around my injuries without creating pain or making them worse. I always seemed to irritate the areas, which was so discouraging because I love being active. Taylor has taught me how to strengthen the areas around my injuries and how to work around the problems in my body. Now I am able to exercise without pain in my neck or shoulders! I hope to further my recovery and strengthen the areas of discomfort. This amazed me! Taylor has such a great understanding of how to work around my area of pain and injuries. Taylor inspires me to do more without irritating my area of pain.

Taylor at Rejuv Medical Fitness offers a refreshing new approach to personal fitness. After an initial assessment, Taylor designs a program that you can do at home, using mostly body weight and some bands. After completing a few sessions on site, I now see him once a month for a check up and tweaking of the program.
This approach suits me so much better than gym based programs I have done in the past.
