years of martial arts training, has Bachelor's Degree in Human Kinetics specializing in injury rehabilitation, and is a functional aging specialist. He applies his many years of health & fitness knowledge to help you exercise safely & effectively.
During his time practicing at a physiotherapy clinic, he honed his ability to understand each client’s individual health needs and is now able to expertly design exercise programs that work around their injuries.
