This special offer includes 3 in-person small group training sessions a week for 3 weeks - for only $99.

1) Group Rehabilitation Classes
Join our friendly exercise community to rehabilitate an injury and learn how to exercise safely! Work out with like-minded people and reach your fitness goals together in a motivating and positive environment! Each class is 30 minutes.
Includes complimentary follow-up assessments every 3 months to check your progress & evaluate whether you are ready to move up to the next level.
$180 monthly (Up to 3 classes per week)

2) Individual Kinesiology Sessions
Work one-on-one with a kinesiologist to get you moving & feeling better! Includes a personalized home exercise program. 
Each session is 30 minutes.
$350 for a pack of 10 sessions

3) Buddy Kinesiology Sessions 
Work with a kinesiologist (and a buddy) to get you moving & feeling better! Includes a personalized home exercise program. 
Each session is 30 minutes.
$200/person for a pack of 10 sessions

4) Full Kinesiology Assessment & Single Session
Receive a FULL kinesiology assessment and a personalized home exercise program to address muscular weaknesses and imbalances. Perfect for those who just want to learn the exercises once and continue with them on their own.
Requires two separate 30 minute appointments.
One payment of $100

5) ICBC Assessment & Kinesiology Sessions
FREE!

4) Total Rejuvenation Program

Our NEW specialty online program specifically designed to help you become stronger & feel fantastic through home workouts!

Includes a 12-week customized home workout plan, daily check-ins to keep you on track, access to exclusive follow-along video routines, access to Physitrack software with detailed How To videos for every technique, six 30-minute Zoom personal training sessions, guaranteed 24-hour replies on all text/email questions, and more!
